About Maliki Fiqh
Our Advanced Maliki Fiqh program is perfect for those who have completed introductory fiqh courses and are ready to explore deeper legal rulings. You’ll analyze key classical works under the mentorship of a qualified Maliki scholar.

- Completion of basic fiqh in Purification, Prayer, and other statuary acts
- Familiarity with Arabic grammar and foundational legal terminology
- Background in introductory texts (e.g., Essentials course)
Maliki Fiqh Curriculum
Mukhtasar al-Quduri + supplement with Uqud Rasm al-Mufti and Fiqh Ahl al-Iraq
Nur al-Idah with Sharh Maraqi al-Falah (detailed ibadat rulings)
Classical commentary like Al-Lubab or Al-Ikhtiyar, plus Manar al-Anwar (usul al-fiqh)
Specialized rulings on topics like menstruation, fasting, inheritance (e.g., Al-Birgivi’s risalah)
In-depth study of Al-Hidayah, with additional advanced sharh like Sharh al-Wiqayah
