RASHID KHAN

Rashid Khan is from Indian heritage and raised in the Arab world, memorized the Qurʾān at thirteen before advancing in Arabic literature, grammar, logic, and the disciplines of the Ḥanbalī school under senior scholars including Shaykh Aḥmad al-Quʿaymī and Shaykh Muḥammad al-Sayyid al-Azharī.
He holds an ijāzah in Ottoman Dīwānī calligraphy and has participated in international competitions and exhibitions. Currently, he teaches Ḥanbalī fiqh, uṣūl, and ʿaqīdah at Safina Society (NJ), as well as in private classes.
His teaching approach integrates the traditional madrasa model of comprehensive study with academic rigor, making classical knowledge accessible in relation to contemporary terminology and issues.
He teaches in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
